Starting early

Well I started early here this morning for cleaning again.  Also here I ended up getting ahold of some people here and got more pallet wood here for the household.  Since that part will help with the bigger logs to burn here for the fire place totally and keep the place warmer also while I am at it all here.  I have realized somethings as of yesterday and it is nice to get that much cheaper here in the place along with knowing some people out in the area also now.  With it looking like the taxes are going up totally by 6 grand on some of us out here and up from there with others I am wandering in how I will get all of this done here.  As some said it best Middle Class was fun while it lasted here while we had it.  So it looks like that the fire place will be going more here in the winter time along with cutting down on the power usage also for the place.  That goes along with other things here for the place also here now for to cut down.  I may as well start now with that part of things for the household at this time.  Since I have switched things over here in the household to the cheaper end for things like soaps and cleaners it has not been so bad now after all said and done.  With the scouring cleaner here it is one of the vercital cleaners for the household at this point.  It is like the good old bleach bottle also for the household.  There are at least 2 cleaners that you can not go wrong with at all now.  Also here since The Dollar Tree takes coupons now I might just land over there more often for the place.  Yes it seems wierd that I do not mind paying a dollar for something and with coupons it takes it down even lower for the item at the store.  Since the people that we elected here do not seem to care at all now here with the taxes and they want to take the money from Medicare and Social Security instead of the welfare system, gee it seems alittle wierd.  What I mean by this is take the folks that have been on the system for years here and say no more for 6 or more years and go get a job.  After a year I got throw off of the food stamps totally when some of the people that were there had been on them for the past 20 years and never held a job by that point of their life along with refusing to work in what I was hearing at the time in the hall way.  I could not believe it at all when I was hearing all of this years ago.  So I ended up asking the one worker what I am in the wrong for alittle bit of food in the household for another 6 months here after the year when some of these gals have been on it for at least 5 to 20 years by this point in time.  Well I guess I was also in the wrong for paying into the system by working at a dead end job.  Still to this day it makes me wander in what some are thinking here totally.  So now I will find out in what I can do to keep everything going here for the household and where we land up at this point in time also. 

Long day

Well the feeling is there that today will be a very long day here totally.  With cooking and cleaning as normal along with trying to get out of the house here to pick myself up off the floor mentally.  When I was out yesterday afternoon before I picked up my Husband some of us hit the dollar store here.  Since I had to make dinner and felt totally lazy for that part of things I went looking.  So I ended up with 3 things for the place and spent under 4 dollars of course for at least 2 nights worth of dinner and leftovers while I was thinking of that part of things here.  The manager was shocked that I picked up the non brand names out of the dollar store while I was there.  With that being said I got to look at what they had for frozen things along with other parts of the store at the time since I had the time to do so here.  The poor guy did not wander in how I could get over 100 dollars worth of stuff from there and have at least 3 carts full by the time I would leave.  Now that does not include the coupons that I will carry with me from now on to take with me to the one store also here.  With that being said here there are one stone with 2 birds that will go on here from now on to prove a point to some folks here totally.  It is not to hurt the birds just stun the really big and nasty ones with laughture.  Even the gal behind me in line was shocked that I could get at least 3 meals out of what I picked up yesterday along with the leftovers for the week here for my place totally.  So as I sit here and think of what else that I can do for the household to cut the costs alot of it hit me in the past 2 days.  Since my Husband is not worried apparently about the bills at all and the stress that is on me to get the bills paid here along with food in the household also at this time it is ok.  There will be alot more dollar store things here in the household also before it is over with and I will keep it that way from now on.  The off brands will work just the same as the name brands for the most part and some of the off brands I still shy away from to this day for the household.  Now here there is another part of the plan that I have for the household totally here.  Since everything gets piled up on me here for the place I will get it done even if I have to walk here to the stores to get things done.  I was asked the other day here in what if the truck broke down on me.  I said and I can still walk to alot of places and it will not hurt me at all still.  So the person got the point that I am not scared to do what I have to for the place to get things done.  Also now since I still have a roll cart here in the household so I can walk to the store totally to get things here.  Maybe at this point there is a reason for my madness to get the household that much cheaper at this time.  With alot of the thoughts going thru my mind here I have to get them all straight here and that will get done shortly. 

I will admit

Now for yesterday the Hippy got me out for a bit. Talk about just plain out cold lastnight. I got to look around the Dollar General also. I found alot for the wish list and diden't get except for what I needed. And what I got was cheaper than Walmart. I did find more bathroom cleaner on sale that is the Green Works also. Now normally I won't go to any stores untill about the middle of the month and last night was a fluke for somethings that I really needed. Anyway the Hippy in my place wanted some goodies for the other kitchen so we all went. All I could do was laugh about it and limp thru the store. What the Hippy and I picked up was under 20 dollars apiece. The poor cashier thought we were just plain out nuts. I got to looking at more blankets for my bed and other blankets. I will wait untill they go on sale at the end of season also. We don't need anyone to be cold in my place. And let the fun begin once again around my place for to clear out the one room in the can. Now I should have picked up a few more totes lastnight and I diden't. So I will end up combineing several of them togeather within the next few days here. The nice thing about a friend staying here is that the can will stay cleaner becuase I will start pushing myself. Another thing is that I have moved most of the food items closer to the kitchen while I was at it yesterday. I got to laughing during it all becuase now all I have to do is throw open the one cabnet and pick out what I want for the day. I diden't forget what I had here in the place I just coulden't get to it since I am short here. Pluss to much stuff here in the can. Oh well at least it is here. Ok folks have fun and play hard.

A nice Sunday

Well at least it will be a good sunday today.  Now to go get money out of the bank so the Hippy can run the tolls and get other food on the road.  I will be sending munchies with him also this week.  Now since I am running 2 kitchens again and have got use to it just totally forgot about the Dollar Tree for the munchie food.  So here I will go back to the Dollar Tree for alot more now.  When you try to streach out the dollar there are always ways to do so.  Also with me sometimes I just need a bit of something before the big shopping trips it seems like.  Now the Dollar stores will help out alot more from now on.  You would be suprized in how many name brands are at the Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Family Dollar.  I will tell you the stock changes alot.  And you can always find something that you like in the 3 places.  The fun is seeing in what is in the Dollar stores.  Between all the dollar stores out there I shop all of them for the most part.  Now with 2 of them depending on what you need for the household I can hit the both up and be good for laundery needs and other things.  I have had cashiers ask why I hardly get the swifters/knock off brands any more.  Well I use a towel for the swifter here at my place.  I learned to be cheap in the hotels while I was working at them while laid off at another company before they closed the doors.  So yes for one that unenploys people then you find other means to bring in income to the household.  Or you start looking at your own budget and the best places to shop at again.  Now I always shopped at the dollar stores for work anyway.  And alot I have cut back on also in what I get.  Ok folks have fun and play even harder.
